Completed
The Project is the development of a master plan document for the City/County Park known as “56 Acres”.

The purpose of the master plan is to develop a comprehensive strategy for the project site, facilities, programs and services that is responsive to the community’s demographics, social background, and recreational and health needs. The plan will serve to guide the City in a wide-ranging future capital implementation plan.

Projects resulting from this plan will be separate EIP projects:
1. Rec Center
2. Construction of Through Road (Tallac Avenue to Rufus Allen Blvd)
3. Demolition of existing Rec Center
4. Design and Construction of a new Campground
