The Lake Tahoe Watercraft Inspection Program has proven extremely effective and serves as a national model. A permanent location for the Meyers Watercraft Inspection Station has been proposed on California Tahoe Conservancy Asset Lands that will allow the program to have enhanced facilities to maintain protection of Lake Tahoe and provide excellent services to the public.
