The South Shore Workforce Vanpool Program supports South Lake Tahoe and Douglas County, Nevada businesses and employees by providing an alternative commute option. The South Shore Transportation Management Association (SSTMA) provides monthly stipends to employers to offset the cost of the program.

03/17/2025 10:29 AM System The first phase of this vanpool subsidy was provided by the State of Nevada, administered by the SSTMA, and provided to large employers on the South Shore. The cost would cover up to 15 vanpools.
