Community Wildfire Protection Wildland Urban Interface Hazardous Fuel Reduction
The objective of the Nevada County Roadside Vegetation Management Program is to provide the public with safe, functional egress through roadside vegetation management to mitigate wildfire threats during evacuation. It includes over 200 miles of roadway identified for hazardous vegetation removal.
