Located in the Armstrong Tract Community, Town of Truckee. Includes 9 Large private properties that interface with 37 smaller developed properties with habitable structures along Sierra Drive East and Thomas Drive.
Project will treat approximately 90 acres. Prescription incudes manual thinning, tracked chipping, and limited piling of trees less than 14”DBH. 75% reduction of brush. Improve forest health, reduce forest density and ladder fuels, and provide for safe and effective suppression response.
