The Tahoe Area Mountain Bike Association (TAMBA) and the U.S. Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit partnered to build nearly 5 miles of new trail in the Angora Fire burn area connecting neighborhoods to Angora Ridge and Fallen Leaf Lake. In 2017 TAMBA held over 60 volunteer trail days with about 150 volunteers and 2,000 hours of trail building. In addition, the new 2 mile Lily Lake Trail connects Lily Lake to Angora Ridge.
