Pillars of Resilience
Water Security
Resilient forested watersheds are crucial for ensuring regional and statewide water security in California. Water from forests supports critical habitats, agriculture, and drinking water for millions.
The goal is for watersheds to consistently supply clean water, resilient to fluctuations in annual precipitation, droughts, flooding, and wildfire impacts.
